By purchasing a ticket to AgFest West Coast 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Event Details
AgFest West Coast 2026 will be held at the Greymouth Aerodrome on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th October 2026.
Event details, activities, exhibitors, entertainment, site layout, schedules, and advertised features may be subject to change.
Tickets
All attendees must hold a valid ticket to enter the event.
Tickets must be presented on arrival, either printed or displayed on a mobile device. AgFest reserves the right to refuse entry if a ticket is invalid, has already been scanned, has been copied, or cannot be verified.
Tickets must be purchased through the official AgFest ticketing provider. AgFest is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorised third parties.
Refunds and Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, personal circumstances, or if you can no longer attend the event.
AgFest West Coast 2026 is an outdoor event and will go ahead in all weather conditions, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser or cannot safely proceed. Please dress for the conditions and wear suitable footwear. Refunds will not be issued due to weather unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
If AgFest West Coast 2026 is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund in line with New Zealand consumer law.
If the event is postponed or significantly changed, AgFest will communicate the available options to ticket holders at the time.
AgFest will not be responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by ticket holders if the event is cancelled, postponed, or changed.
AgFest may cancel, postpone, or alter the event where required due to circumstances outside the organiser’s reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disaster, emergency services direction, health and safety concerns, government restrictions, or other events beyond the organiser’s control.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986. Ticket terms form part of the contract between the ticket holder and ticket seller, but they cannot override consumer rights under New Zealand law.
Entry and Behaviour
AgFest is a family-friendly event. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, volunteers, exhibitors, contractors, performers, emergency services, security, and other visitors.
AgFest reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event for unsafe, abusive, offensive, intoxicated, or disruptive behaviour. No refund will be provided if a person is refused entry or removed from the event due to their behaviour.
Children and Supervision
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and behaviour of children in their care while attending the event.
Health and Safety
Attendees must follow all event signage, safety instructions, restricted area notices, and directions from AgFest staff, security, emergency services, and authorised event personnel.
Some areas of the event may include moving vehicles, machinery, animals, equipment, uneven ground, temporary structures, or other hazards. Attendees enter the event site at their own risk and are responsible for taking reasonable care of themselves and those in their care.
Animals
No dogs or animals are permitted at the event, except approved service animals, unless otherwise confirmed by the organiser.
Photography and Filming
Photography and filming may take place during the event for promotional, media, and marketing purposes.
By attending AgFest, you acknowledge that you may appear in photography or video footage captured at the event.
Alcohol, Food and Prohibited Items
AgFest reserves the right to restrict alcohol, dangerous items, illegal substances, weapons, drones, or any items considered unsafe or unsuitable for the event site.
Bag checks may be carried out if required for safety or security reasons.
Changes to the Event
AgFest reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, exhibitors, entertainment, activities, layout, opening hours, or site access where required.
Reasonable changes to the event do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
Liability
Attendees enter the event at their own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, AgFest is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delays, or costs incurred by attendees, except where required under New Zealand law.
